Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

At VP Apparels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and exclusivity standards, the following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized apparel.
• Intimate wear and accessories.
• Items purchased during final clearance sales.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please log in to your account and navigate to your order history. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

4. Refunds and Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size of the same style, please contact our support team to verify stock availability.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
